These online meditation sessions are suitable for all, varying from absolute beginner to ‘seasoned’ meditator.
Everything we teach is what we ourselves have practiced and learned first hand.
The sessions will begin with setting an intention and preparing our internal space for the meditation using gentle breathwork and other mindfulness techniques.
These sessions are designed to deepen and solidify your meditation experience and practice.
