No, everyone is welcome. No matter your background or current level.

Do I need to join live?
Not at all, although we highly recommend joining live. Replays are available.

Can I cancel?
Yes anytime, with no questions asked.

Is this suitable for beginners?
Absolutely. This is a warm, supportive space to learn.

Will I be safe to share?
Yes. Confidentiality and non-judgement are fundamental values of this community.
